We loved the variety of pools to choose from, including a mini aquapark. The saunas were excellent and really helped us unwind. Plus, the staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better.

The towels for the pools cost extra and there were no free towels provided. , the workout students were quite disruptive and overcrowded one of the pools.

Swiming pools are great and the food as well.

Room was poorely equipt and without bar and refigerator. Room was almost empty only one chair and the smallest Tv that you can imagine.That was most expencive room in the hotel. Poor value for maney.

Nice and clean room, great air conditioning, friendly and professional staff, amazing food, clean pools with bars and snacks, wonderful location with trails and animals nearby.

Lack of clear instructions and limited wifi. While our stay was enjoyable overall, we found that the instructions for the keycard lockers and spa services were confusing and not clearly explained.
